\nRole Description The Hairstylist role at Mena & Co. Salon is a full-time, on-site position based in Modesto, CA. In this role, the Hairstylist provides a range of services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, recommending appropriate hair care products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation and common areas. The Hairstylist will manage appointment schedules, deliver consistent, high-quality service, and support an excellent client experience through professional communication and attentive customer service. Collaboration with the salon team on promotions, style trends, and best practices is also part of the role.
