Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills with the ability to work with various hair types and styles.Candidates should possess Cosmetology expertise, including a valid cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota and knowledge of hair coloring and treatment techniques.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, understand client preferences, and provide clear recommendations.Candidates should possess reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work well with others.Looking for a Candidate with strong drive to grow, interested in mentorship from Stylist who want to lighten thier client load.
