Duties

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special styling requests.Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance clients’ at-home routines and boost sales.Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.Communicate clearly with clients about their desired look, hair care tips, and aftercare instructions.Keep workstations organized and stocked with supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work or relevant certifications.Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.Knowledge of sanitation procedures and best practices in a salon setting.Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction.Strong retail sales skills with an energetic approach to promoting products and services.Previous experience working at the front desk or in customer service roles is preferred but not required.A passion for hairstyling, creativity, and staying current with industry trends.Join us if you’re eager to make a positive impact through your artistry!
