Job Description: Beauty By Johvoni Head Spa is seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Cosmetologist to join our professional team that will be offering top of the line Japanese style HeadSpa services. This position is commission-based and ideal for a driven stylist who wants to grow their clientele while working in a supportive and professional environment. Work Schedule: • Expected availability of 40–50 hours per week • Flexible scheduling within business hours may be available • Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care, products, and maintenance. Qualifications: • Active • Cosmetology License (required) • Strong skills in cutting, styling, and hair care techniques • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow a client base • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Passion for maintaining healthy hair and scalp care
