Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Florida, United States. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend appropriate styles and treatments, and perform a variety of services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and staying current with trends and techniques. The role also involves managing appointments, providing friendly and attentive customer service, and supporting salon goals through professional behavior and teamwork. The Hairstylist will contribute to a positive salon atmosphere and help create a consistently excellent client experience.

Qualifications

Strong Hair Styling skills with experience in cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.Formal training or licensure in Cosmetology and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Solid understanding of Hair Care, including product knowledge and treatments for different hair types.Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and ability to build repeat business.Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and consultation abilities.Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a consistent appointment schedule.Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.Willingness to learn new techniques, attend trainings, and adapt to evolving trends.Previous salon experience (at least 3years) is required.
