Role Description This is a Part Time & Full time, on-site Hairstylist role located at our Aveda Mia Salon Spa Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role also involves educating guests on hair care routines, promoting salon services and Aveda products, and collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent, positive guest experience. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Hair Styling and Hair Care, with experience providing cuts, color, and treatments for diverse hair types.Current Cosmetology license in the state of California and knowledge of professional salon standards and safety practices.Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and offer clear, professional recommendations.Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented salon environment.Familiarity with Aveda products and techniques, or willingness to learn through ongoing training.Professional appearance, reliability, and a commitment to continuous skill development and education.
