Professional skills in Hair Styling and Hair Care, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.Formal training or licensure in Cosmetology, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and safety standards.Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, conduct clear consultations, and address client needs effectively.Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, maintain punctuality, and manage a steady client schedule.Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to health and sanitation regulations.Desirable: prior salon experience, familiarity with professional hair products, and willingness to participate in continuing education or workshops.
