Hairstylist

Beautique – Town & Country has been part of Houston's beauty community since 1956. We're a full-service salon in Town & Country Village — hair, color, skincare, nails, waxing, massage, and makeup — with a team of nearly 50 people who show up for each other every day.

We've built something here that's hard to find: a place where your teammates actually want to see you win. Where the person next to you will jump in, share a tip, or cover you when you need it. Where you're never figuring it out alone.

Role Description

We're looking for a Hairstylist who loves people as much as they love hair. Someone who lights up when a guest walks in, who builds real relationships, and who genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

You'll spend your days focused on what you do best — consulting, cutting, coloring, styling, making people feel amazing. The front desk handles bookings. Color is ordered and stocked. The business side is taken care of. You just get to do your art.

Experienced professionals and recent graduates are both welcome. If you're coming from a booth rental situation and missing the energy of a real team around you — this might be exactly what you've been looking for.

Our Associate Program is a structured, hands-on path for newer stylists — real mentorship, real support, and a clear road ahead from day one.
