Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hair Stylist/Barber who loves working with children and families. The ideal candidate is patient, positive, creative, and enjoys creating memorable experiences. You’ll provide high-quality haircuts for kids and adults in a relaxed, playful environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts and styling services for children and adults

Maintain a calm, friendly, patient approach with children of all ages

Deliver an exceptional customer experience to every family

Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards

Recommend products when appropriate

Work collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced environment

Uphold Pigtails & Crewcuts brand standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (required)

Experience working with children is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Patient, positive, and team-oriented

Reliable and friendly demeanor
