Hairstylist

Daily responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a clean workstation, recommending appropriate hair care products, and ensuring clients have a comfortable, positive experience from check-in to check-out. The Hairstylist will work closely with other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service and contribute to a collaborative salon culture. Qualifications Strong technical skills in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and related salon services.Formal training or certification in Cosmetology, with an active state cosmetology license (or eligibility to obtain one in Florida).Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.Ability to recommend appropriate styles, treatments, and products based on individual client needs and hair types.Attention to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all salon procedures.Reliability, time management skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Previous salon experience is preferred; familiarity with current trends, techniques, and professional hair care brands is a plus.
