Hairdresser wanted to inherit my clients

Job Summary

Looking for experienced stylist to inherit an existing clientele. Must have your own clientele as well. Seeking individual who fits in our culture and wants to learn some new methods in order to take over an existing clientele.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling to meet client preferences and needs
Offer expert advice on hair care routines, products, and styling techniques tailored to individual hair types
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools such as scissors, razors (including straight razors), and other equipment
Engage in retail sales through upselling hair products, retail math strategies, and recommending suitable treatments or accessories
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management operations
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation protocols
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques like foils, hair cutting.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
Ability to perform detailed work such as highlighting with foils and grey coverage application with precision
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is paramount
Basic understanding of store management principles is a plus but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $700.00 per day

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
