The customer base is made up of students, professionals, tourists, and local residents of the Back Bay. looking for highly motivated barbers and stylists.
Responsibilities:
- Hair Stylists or Barbers with good customer service skills, technical skills
- looking for early morning shifts.
- Perform styles and designs according to client preferences, colorist, etc.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Educate clients on proper care and recommend appropriate products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Looking for long term commitment and to build strong client relationships
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber
- Knowledge of additional beauty services such as hair extensions, straight razor shaving, eyelash extensions, makeup application, etc. is a bonus
- Comfortable to take on additional tasks in daily operations of a salon
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be serious, looking for commitment to build strong customer base
