Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg, a 5-Star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in Central VA is seeking a Part-Time hairdresser to join our team House are Monday & Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Performs beautician duties including but not limited to shampoos, cut, color, perms, etc.Maintains proper inventory of supplies and communicates need for additional purchases to Beauty Shop Coordinator.Performs general cleaning and maintains safe and sanitary environment.Assists with receptionist duties as needed including but not limited to answering incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments and maintaining charge records.Attends meetings and in-service programs as assigned by Beauty Shop Coordinator.Requirements:
High school diploma requiredCosmetologist License requiredExperience working with the elderly preferredWestminster Canterbury of Lynchburg is committed to best practices for infection control; therefore, we recommend all team members to receive the COVID-19 vaccines and require annual Flu Vaccines.
