Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions to meet client preferences and enhance their confidenceUtilize salon software Phorest to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operationsApply advanced techniques like balayage, highlights, or color correction using sound knowledge of color theoryMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools like straight razors and ensuring a clean work environmentOffer personalized hair care advice tailored to individual needs and educate clients on hair health and maintenance routinesUpsell additional services such specialized treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenueCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide professional recommendations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finishMentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques, and customer service excellenceExperience

Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling projectsSkilled in hair coloring techniques, including the use of color theory principles for customized resultsKnowledge of sanitation practices specific to cosmetology and barbering tools such as straight razorsExperience applying hair extensions or performing advanced styling techniques is highly desirableExcellent communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaborationPrior mentoring experience or leadership roles within a salon environment are a plusEmbark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
