Perform a wide range of hair services including Styling and makeup application to meet each client's unique preferences.Apply advanced techniques such blowouts, halfdos, updos and makeup to create personalized looks.Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations thoroughly after each client.Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction.Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling.

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices.Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in stylingProficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platformsExcellent communication skills to connect with clients confidently and clearly explain service options.Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.Experience with store management tasks including inventory control and retail math calculations is a plus.
