Role and Responsibilities:

As a Hairdresser, you play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, personalized salon experience by delivering high-quality hair and beauty services while collaborating closely with the salon team.

Provide a warm, attentive welcome and address guest needs promptly to ensure comfort and satisfaction.Perform a variety of hair services based on guest preferences, including blowouts, styling, trims, coloring, and hair extensions.Respond to guest requests for makeup application using a wide range of makeup products and tools.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders to support optimal salon operations and timely product availability.Arrange, use, and maintain salon tools and equipment, ensuring hair stations are organized, set up, and dismantled as required.Ensure guests experience a smooth and enjoyable service from start to finish.Collaborate respectfully and efficiently with colleagues, supervisors, and leaders.Required Skills and Experience:

Valid cosmetology license required to practice within the United States.Minimum of two years of prior professional experience.Legal authorization to work.Fluency in English.Strong personal presentation and effective communication skills.Valid business tax receipt license required to operate legally.Preferred Qualifications:
