Steve Hightower Hair Salon & Day Spa is hiring an experienced, talented Hairdresser / Hairstylist to join our established team in Buckhead, Atlanta.

Since 1997, we’ve built a reputation for high-style in a relaxed atmosphere. We specialize in fine and thinning hair solutions, premium extensions, expert color, and personalized service that helps clients look and feel their best. Our award-winning salon (recognized by The Atlantan, Jezebel, and Best Self magazines) combines creative excellence with genuine care for both clients and team members.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional haircuts, styles, color, highlights, extensions, and treatmentsProvide personalized consultations and build lasting client relationshipsCollaborate with our team of professionals in a supportive, creative environmentRepresent our salon with professionalism and passionStay current with trends and techniques (ongoing education encouraged)What We’re Looking For:

Valid Georgia cosmetology license2+ years of professional salon experience (preferred)Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and stylingA warm, client-focused personality with excellent communicationReliability, positive attitude, and a team-player mindsetPassion for helping clients achieve beautiful, healthy hair (experience with fine/thinning hair or extensions is a big plus!)What We Offer:

Hours: salon operates: (Tue–Thu 10am–7pm, Fri 10am–4pm, Sat 9am–4pm)
