Job Summary This is a commission-based position offering 40%–60% commission depending on experience, performance, and clientele. This is a great opportunity for a stylist who wants to grow their income, build a steady clientele, and work in a positive, team-oriented space. Provide high-quality hair services including styling, treatments, and chemical services Take walk-ins and add-on services when available Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client Stay on schedule and communicate effectively with clients and team members Recommend retail and additional services when appropriate Follow salon policies and contribute to a positive team environment Experience preferred, but open to motivated stylists willing to grow Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable taking walk-ins and working in a fast-paced environment Passion for hair and staying up to date with trends and techniques Ability to work independently while also being a team player
