Responsibilities • Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type • Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction • Use salon software like Meevo/Millennium to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment following industry regulations • Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to maximize client results and store revenue • Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth salon flow • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and support. Experience • Proven experience in professional hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse looks • Knowledge of color theory for creating custom color solutions and corrective color services.
