For newer stylists and those growing into the chair, assisting is where you build fluency in our systems. You'll:

Prep and maintain stations, tools, and product for every serviceShampoo, condition, and apply treatments using our plant-based linesSupport senior stylists through color, smoothing, and blowout servicesLearn our product science and protocols hands-onKeep the space clean, stocked, and running smoothlyHelp create the warm, unhurried experience clients come back forWhat we offer

$18–22/hr plus tips. Paid hourly across the assistant-to-junior-stylist path, not commission.Paid training.
