What We’re Looking For:
Licensed stylists with a passion for color and hair extensions.
A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Someone who’s excited about personal/professional growth, learning, and delivering luxury service.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair color preferences and provide expert recommendations.
Perform hair coloring services using various techniques such as balayage, highlights and full color applications.
Perform installation of extensions using Weft, I-Tip, K-Tip, Tape-ins.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with salon standards.
Hair styling, cuts and blowouts to enhance client experiences.
Minimal assistance with front desk support, including scheduling appointments, managing client records and payment processing using salon software.
Educate clients on proper hair care products and techniques for maintaining their color-treated hair and extensions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair color and techniques through ongoing sponsored education and training.
Requirements:
Valid Texas Cosmetology license
2-3 years minimum experience with a strong knowledge of hair color techniques, products, and safety protocols.
Experience with hair extensions; training provided in the Xtension Envy methods.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
