Hair Talent/ cosmetologist needed

Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, and extensions with precision and flair Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently Provide expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling strategies to boost sales and client satisfaction Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Offer personalized consultations on color theory, hair styling techniques, and current trends to ensure client expectations are exceeded Support salon management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail sales Valid cosmetology license with a strong foundation in hair styling, haircutting and coloring techniques Experience or training in hair extensions is highly appreciated Knowledge of salon software systems for appointment booking and retail management Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
