Qualifications
Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.Cosmetology training and current, valid cosmetology license in the state of Florida.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for client consultation and relationship building.Ability to manage an independent suite rental business, including scheduling, payment handling, and basic marketing.Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to all health and safety regulations.Previous salon or spa experience preferred, with an established or growing client base.Professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to contribute to a positive salon culture.
