Oomph Salon is an upbeat, positive atmosphere. 11 hair stations, a facial room and a nail/processing room. We have amazing street view off of 13th street. Oomph Salon is alittle different for the Leawood area. We are a high end salon offering high level services, yet not a stuffy salon. We love to have fun as a team. Our customers as well have grown comfortable with the happy and fun atmosphere and enjoy it as well. Continueing education is brought into the salon both demonstrated and hands on. Oomph uses Goldwell color and backbar. The salon also carries Kerasilk, Alluram, Hydropeptide, Lalicious, and some Lanza. We have a hirer than normal pay scale including vacation pay. Flexible hours and schedules. Our salon has a constant wait list. Our new customer traffic is heavy. We turn away business daily.
What We're Looking ForWe are needing a stylist who can stand behind the chair and GO! Our salon has an in house Goldwell educator. If you understand color, and use the color wheel, we can take care of the rest. Prefer 3+ years experience. Not looking for a new graduate. Having very few clients is completely fine as long as you have the skills/ talent / confidence and personality to retain new custoners. As a team we are professional but enjoy having fun at work. You need to be a real team player willing to help others around you. Running on time with customers is highly important.. As is showing up to work ontime.
