Holds a valid Florida Cosmetology License Has 3+ years of professional salon experience Is confident in haircutting, styling, and color services Has strong technical skills and attention to detail Is experienced with highlights, balayage, blonding, grey coverage, and glossing Provides exceptional, personalized client service Is professional, reliable, and organized Communicates well with clients and teammates Takes pride in their appearance, work, and overall guest experience Is motivated to grow their clientele and income Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team We're looking for someone who wants to develop their craft, build lasting client relationships, grow their business, and be part of a team.
