Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time (Tuesday–Saturday with flexible scheduling options)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
License Required: Active New York Cosmetology License

The Role

Angelo David Salon is seeking a motivated, talented, and career-driven Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our luxury Midtown Manhattan flagship salon.

This is an incredible opportunity for a stylist looking to grow quickly in a high-end environment known for exceptional cut, color, styling, extensions, wigs, and toppers. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a passion for beauty, and the drive to build and maintain a thriving clientele.

Strong skills in:
Precision cutting
Advanced color formulation
Balayage, highlights, and dimensional blonding
Blowouts and high-end styling
Ability and motivation to build and maintain a loyal clientele
Strong consultation and customer service skills
Professional, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset

Experience

3–5 years of professional salon experience required
Active New York Cosmetology License required
Experience working in a fast-paced salon environment preferred

Growth Mindset

Openness to learning and growing within specialized hair services including:
Extensions
Wigs
Toppers
Hair replacement solutions
Existing clientele is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform professional cutting, coloring, balayage, styling, and finishing services
Conduct personalized consultations and recommend treatments/products tailored to clients’ needs
Maintain high sanitation and presentation standards throughout the salon
Utilize salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
Support retail sales through professional product recommendations
Collaborate with team members in a supportive, luxury salon environment
Continue developing technical and client-building skills through ongoing growth opportunities
