Role Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional, elevated client experience from the moment a guest enters the loungeCommunicate clearly with clients to ensure alignment on grooming preferencesPerform men's grooming services - precision cuts, beard trims, styling, shaves, color services, waxing, and relaxing scalp/hand/arm massagesMaintain accurate client notes and utilize the POS system with careSupport retail, membership, and service recommendations through expert educationContribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment Role Requirements:Valid State of Georgia Cosmetology or Barber LicenseStrong client service and communication skillsMinimum one year of salon or barbershop experienceExpertise in men's grooming, including modern haircuts and beard careProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work with precision in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
