Qualifications

Experience as a barber or hairstylist
Skilled in fades, classic haircuts, scissor cuts, and modern hairstyles
Experience with beard trims and men’s grooming is a plus
Valid California barber or cosmetology license, as applicable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude, strong character, and professional demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
Passion for the craft and a desire to continue growing professionally

Chair Rental: Rent your own chair and enjoy the independence of managing your own business and clientele.

Commission-Based Compensation: Prefer not to rent a chair? We also offer a percentage-based pay option.
