Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, Grey camo, and texturizing to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty Provide expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts with precision and care Offer additional beauty treatments like hair extensions, nail care, and face and scalp treatments to create comprehensive client experiences Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Use salon software systems like Zenoti to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and upsell retail items confidently Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management operations as needed Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, color theory, store management practices, and customer service excellence Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and grooming skills Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a Barber salon setting Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products confidently Experience with retail sales strategies and client retention techniques to foster long-term relationships
