Are you a driven salon professional ready to take the next step in your career? **Peyton Company**, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced **Assistant Salon Manager** to help lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. And we're offering a **$5,000 hiring bonus** to the right candidate!

Requirements
**What We're Looking For:**
* Minimum 3 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
* Great Clips experience strongly preferred
* A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
* Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
* Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
**What You'll Be Responsible for:**
* Leading and motivating your team to perform at their best
* Managing day-to-day salon operations along with the salon manager
* Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
* Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
