Hair Stylist with hair color experience (At least 3 years of experience and currently working)

We are seeking a talented and energetic Hair Stylist with specialized experience in hair coloring to join our dynamic salon team. Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling services, including Hair cuts , blowouts, styling and coloring finishing touches that meet clients’ individual preferences.
Execute a wide range of hair coloring techniques, from highlights and balayage to vibrant fashion colors, ensuring precise application and flawless results.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on styles, colors, and maintenance.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software such as Insight for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
Offer additional services like hair extensions to enhance client experience.
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building rapport and encouraging repeat visits through upselling retail products and service packages.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and coloring.
Demonstrated proficiency in advanced hair coloring techniques such as balayage, color theory application, and fashion hues.
Experience working with hair extensions and eyelash extensions is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Familiarity with salon software like Insight or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele.
Ability to perform multiple services including makeup application, nail care, and hair threading as needed to meet client demands.
Store management experience or mentoring skills are a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the salon team. Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
