Join our high-end Midtown Manhattan salon as a Hair Stylist and grow into one of the most specialized areas of the industry—hair replacement and thinning hair solutions.

This is a growth-focused position designed for stylists with a strong foundation who are ready to elevate their skills. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, receive hands-on training, and develop advanced techniques beyond traditional salon work.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, blowouts, coloring, and stylingAssist with and learn hair replacement services, including men/women toppers, wigs, and extensionsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all timesUtilize salon software (e.g., Shortcuts) for client management, and retail trackingRecommend and retail professional hair care products to enhance client resultsCollaborate with senior stylists and participate in ongoing training and developmentQualifications

Valid Cosmetology License (required)3–4 years of hands-on salon experience requiredStrong foundation in cutting, styling, and/or colorInterest in learning hair replacement and thinning hair solutions (training provided)Excellent communication and customer service skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicWillingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the companyWhat We Offer

Pay: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour
