Culture is looking for Austin's top talent to foster a fun, energetic, and effortlessly beautiful environment that caters to the lakeside community. Detailed Information about what we mean by "ambitious": - Culture's clientele understands and appreciates the luxury services offered to put you in a position to earn $100,000 - $150,000+ - To realize your earning potential, you'll need to put in the work: -- You'll need to be on top of your education (we are one of the top host salons for educators touring through in Austin so you'll have easy access to people like @hairerik, @hairmotty, @jordangabeeee, among others) -- Your social media game will need to be on point (we have "Social Media Days" where we hire a professional photographers so you'll have professional content to post; however, there is a still a lot of day-to-day work to be done on your side) -- You'll need to be available to work some Saturdays -- You'll likely need to use an assistant (we provide a roster of trained house assistants; however, you'll need to commit to helping out with the Assistant Training Program so they get to know your style)
