Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hair Stylist Trainee:

Assist with shampooing, treatments, styling, and color application to back up stylists in enhancing customer happiness and fulfilling sales benchmarks.- Offer beauty services independently following the initial training phase, which encompasses haircuts, coloring, treatments, blowouts, and styling.Offer personalized product advice and demos to elevate sales and customer loyalty.Ensure that the salon area is clean, sterilized, and arranged in a manner that aligns with the expectations of both the company and the state board.Encourage and facilitate on-site functions and promotional activities that enhance the customer's visit.Engage with team members, beauty therapists, and retail staff to deliver a comprehensive guest experience throughout the store.Ensure continuity and conformity by following safety, cleanliness, booking, and service guidelines meticulously.Qualifications and Experience of Hair Stylist Trainee:
