### Schedule

* Full-time position
* Must be available **Tuesday–Saturday**
* Must be flexible to work both **opening and closing shifts**
* Occasional additional hours as needed to support the business

### What You'll Do

* Lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads
* Drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall shop performance
* Train new team members
* Manage scheduling and daily operations
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience
* Coach team members and support their growth
* Monitor business goals and key performance metrics
* Manage inventory and shop standards

### What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of management or leadership experience
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Experience leading a team and achieving sales goals
* Organized, dependable, and results-driven
* Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
