Shift Lead – Drybar Naperville

📍 **Naperville, IL**🕒 **Full-Time**💰 **$20/hour + Tips + Retail Commission**

### Schedule

* Full-time position
* Must be available **Thursday–Monday**
* Must be flexible for both **opening and closing shifts**
* Weekend availability required

### Pay & Bonus

* Starting at **$18/hour**
* **Tips**
* **Retail commission**
* **Monthly bonus up to $500**

### What You’ll Do

* Support the Shop Manager with daily operations
* Lead the team during scheduled shifts
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience
* Coach, support, and motivate team members
* Help drive membership and retail sales
* Maintain Drybar standards and service quality
* Assist with inventory, scheduling, and shop organization
* Resolve guest concerns in a professional, solutions-focused way

### What We’re Looking For

* Prior leadership, key holder, or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and professional
* Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
