Responsibilities Perform men’s, women’s, and children’s haircuts Provide professional hair-color services, including consultations, color applications, highlights, root touch-ups, and toning Recommend styles and services based on each client’s hair, preferences, and lifestyle Offer head-spa treatments as an optional add-on service Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend appropriate products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Follow all safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat appointments Stay current on haircutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care trends Support the Razor King team and contribute to a positive workplace Qualifications We want a stylist who takes pride in their work, treats every client with respect, and is motivated to grow their clientele and skills.
