The Protégés training program at Mark Pardo SalonSpa is designed to cultivate the newest and most promising talent for our salons. Soon to be graduate/recent graduate in the process of obtaining a cosmetology license or fully licensed hairstylist.Excellent interpersonal skills.Willingness to be continually learning and seeking education to grow skills and stay up to date on industry trends.Experience with Aveda products is not required.Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, and evenings and weekend schedules will be required.
