Whether you’re giving a guest a haircut, color, highlights, waxing, or one of our specialty services, your skills, combined with our tools, techniques, training, and support, can help set you up for success.Requis Inc., the franchise owner, is one of the largest salon franchise operators in the United States, with more than 500 employees nationwide.WHAT YOU’LL DO – HAIR STYLIST / DESIGNERYou’ll provide exceptional guest service, understand each guest’s needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.QUALIFICATIONSCurrent cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS You need good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.You’ll be standing, moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements throughout the workday.
