Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair styling services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. We encourage our team to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques and view hair styling as an art form. If you have a passion for hair styling and enjoy creating stunning looks, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling

- Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques

- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences

- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist

- Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling and client management

- Strong knowledge of color theory and ability to perform color services

- Experience with hair extensions and straight razor techniques is a plus

- Proven track record of successful retail sales in a salon setting

- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment booking and cash handling

- Knowledge of hair threading techniques is preferred but not required

- Valid cosmetology license

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
