Whether you’re an established stylist looking for a more elevated environment or newer to the industry and eager to refine your skills, we provide the training, mentorship, and clientele to help you grow into your full potential.

What We Offer

Competitive, Transparent Pay

Commission starting at 35%–38%, with potential to grow to 45%+ as you advance

No product or back-bar fees — you keep your full commission

100% of your tips (no pooling or deductions)

Retail bonuses up to 15%

Average annual earnings: $55,000–$95,000+, depending on experience and service volume

Hands-On Training & Mentorship

You’ll have access to a steady flow of clients and our marketing team’s full support including professional photography, digital promotion, and booking assistance.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed cosmetologist (or enrolled in a state-approved apprenticeship program)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about exceptional client service

Willingness to learn new techniques and uphold standards

A positive attitude, professional image, and excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
