Hair Stylist / Licensed Cosmetologist

As part of our salon team, you’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with guests while providing personalized hair and beauty services in a welcoming, professional environment. Meet with guests to learn about their personal style, hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences Use your professional expertise to recommend cuts, colors, treatments, and styling options suited to each guest Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling, color services, highlights, and chemical services such as perms and relaxers Provide additional salon and beauty services, including facial waxing, manicures, and pedicures Introduce guests to professional products and teach them how to care for and style their hair at home Maintain detailed service notes and guest preferences to provide consistency from one appointment to the next Keep your station, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly sanitized Stay up to date with new techniques, trends, products, and industry practices Work with fellow stylists and spa professionals to create a cohesive guest experience Take advantage of continuing education and training opportunities to expand your skills Current Wisconsin cosmetology license through DSPS Strong foundation in haircutting, styling, color, and other salon techniques Creativity and the ability to translate a guest’s ideas into a finished look Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Professional knowledge of hair care products, tools, and equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Understanding of salon sanitation and Wisconsin regulatory requirements Dependability, professionalism, and a positive approach to teamwork Interest in continued education and professional development Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements Availability for evening shifts and two Saturdays each month Team-based compensation with gratuities and bonus opportunities 50% employer-paid individual health and dental insurance Supplemental short-term and long-term disability insurance options 3% IRA matching program Employee discounts on salon services, spa treatments, and retail products Paid education and opportunities to expand your professional skill set Flexible scheduling and paid time off The opportunity to work with premium professional beauty and wellness brands Coaching and support designed to help team members build successful careers A collaborative salon and spa environment where teamwork and guest care are valued If you’re an enthusiastic cosmetologist who loves creating beautiful results and making guests feel their best, we’d be happy to connect with you.
