Level & Tone is a modern, education-focused salon in Jacksonville, FL specializing in dimensional color, lived-in color, blonding, and extensions. We're growing our team and looking for a stylist who wants to build a successful career behind the chair.
No established clientele required.

We're not looking for someone who already has a full book. We have strong client demand and the systems in place to help our stylists build and maintain a clientele.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, coachable, motivated, and excited to continue growing. Our team is made up of stylists who care about their craft, support one another, and take pride in creating an exceptional experience for every guest. We're invested in our culture and looking for someone who will add to it.

What you'll find at Level + Tone
Clients. You do not need to bring an established clientele. We actively market the salon and generate new guest opportunities for our stylists.
Education. Continued education is a major part of our culture. We invest heavily in developing our stylists technically and professionally.

Structure. You'll have systems, standards, expectations, and support designed to help you succeed behind the chair.

Growth. We're building careers, not just filling chairs. We're looking for stylists who want to grow with us.

Marketing. We believe great stylists deserve great marketing behind them. Level & Tone invests in professional photo and content shoots, social media, SEO, Google presence, and ongoing marketing designed to keep our brand visible, bring new guests through the door, and help our stylists grow.

A team that cares. You'll work alongside stylists who are talented, ambitious, supportive, and genuinely care about doing great work.

Who we're open to:
You don't need to be an established stylist to be considered.
We're open to both experienced and early-career stylists, including newer licensees who demonstrate strong professionalism, work ethic, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow.

Previous professional experience — whether inside or outside of the beauty industry — is valued.

Requirements

Active Florida cosmetology license
Reliable and professional
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Willingness to participate in continued education
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Genuine interest in building a long-term career behind the chair

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
