Overview
Westwoods is offering licensed beauty professionals the opportunity to lease one of three available salon spaces within our established, professional salon environment. Following a recent expansion to accommodate growth, we now have limited spaces available for the right professionals.
This is not an employment position. It is a space rental opportunity for a licensed independent contractor operating as part of Westwoods Beauty Spa.

We are looking for independent professionals who want to grow their business within a supportive, like-minded salon community that values professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality service.

We are seeking licensed professionals who are committed to maintaining a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon presentation. Westwoods is a collaborative environment where beauty professionals support one another, share knowledge, and help each other grow.
Services
This opportunity is best suited for professionals experienced in:

Hair cutting, coloring, and styling
Highlighting, balayage, and advanced color techniques
Hair treatments and extensions

Additional services may be considered if properly licensed and aligned with the salon environment.

Independent Contractor Expectations
Professionals leasing space at Westwoods are expected to:

Maintain a valid cosmetology or barbering license
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
Provide professional, consistent client experience
Operate respectfully within a shared salon environment
Manage their own schedule, services, and clientele

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license
Strong experience in hair styling and color preferred
Professional communication and presentation
Reliable and self-motivated
Existing clientele is a plus
