The Role

We’re looking for a licensed Hair Stylist who is passionate about their craft and excited to work in a collaborative, professional salon environment. Whether you have a small clientele looking to build or bringing an established book, we offer the support and flexibility to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, balayage, smoothing treatments, and other services that Lovisa offers.

Conduct thorough client consultations

Recommend retail products to meet client needs

Maintain a clean, safe and professional workspace

Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented salon culture

What We’re Looking For

Valid Ohio Cosmetology License

3+ years of experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Passion for continued education and growth

Reliable, professional, and team-focused

Portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Commission

Pay Range: 45-50%

Tips: Yes

Flexible scheduling, 4 days is full-time, 2-3 days is part-time
