Hair Stylist / Hair Colorist

Duties:

- Provide a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including precision hair cutting in men and women, hair coloring & up-to-date or modern hair coloring techniques, and styling hair.

- Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques to ensure clients receive the latest styles.

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations based on their hair type and preferences.

- Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages.

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment.

- Upsell AVEDA salon products and services to clients to enhance their experience.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Hair Stylist.

- Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques, including the use of straight razors, hair extensions, and nail care.

- Strong knowledge of cosmetology and barbering principles and practices.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.

- Experience with store management is a plus.

-Must have a current Cosmetology licensed in Nevada

Pay: $29.00 - $90.00 per hour
