Hair by Mina, an upscale salon in Katy, TX, is looking for licensed hair stylists to join our team. We have chairs and a private suite (chair + wash station) available — great opportunity for a stylist with an established clientele looking for a new home.
What We Offer
60/40 commission split (you keep 60%) Flexible chair access — open availability especially Monday-Thursday, with weekend chairs available too Upscale, professional salon environment Private suite available for premium/color/treatment services Supportive team environment with front desk support (booking, checkout, retail sales)
What We're Looking For
Licensed cosmetologist/hair stylist Established or growing client base you can bring with you Reliable, professional, and takes pride in clean, high-quality work Comfortable in an upscale client environment
Schedule: Flexible — days/hours open based on availability, especially Monday-Thursday.
