Posh Beauty Miami is looking for a talented, professional, and passionate Hair Stylist / Blow Bar Specialist to join our growing team.
We are a luxury beauty destination focused on providing an elevated experience through exceptional service, beautiful results, and attention to every detail. We are looking for a stylist who loves creating beautiful, polished hair and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding client experience from beginning to end.
What We're Looking For
Valid Florida Cosmetology LicenseProfessional experience performing blowouts and hair stylingStrong blow-dry and round-brush techniqueAbility to work confidently with different hair types and texturesExperience creating smooth, voluminous, bouncy, and polished blowoutsExperience with hot tools, curls, waves, and finished stylingExcellent attention to detailProfessional, polished appearance and communicationFriendly, positive, and client-focused personalityReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional qualityPassion for beauty, hospitality, and luxury serviceExperience with updos, extensions, treatments, braiding, event styling, or bridal hair is a major plus.
