Bohemy Salon is growing, and we are looking for a talented, motivated Hair Stylist to join our team.

We are an established, education-focused salon specializing in beautiful, modern hair with a strong focus on color, extensions, cutting, and an elevated guest experience.

We are looking for a stylist who wants more than just a place to work. We want someone who is excited to build a long-term career, grow their clientele, continue their education, and be part of a supportive team environment.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal stylist is:

2 years+ Florida licensed cosmetologist
Positive, professional, and dependable
Comfortable performing haircut and color services
Passionate about creating an excellent guest experience
Willing to learn and continue developing their craft
Comfortable recommending professional home-care products
Motivated to build and retain a clientele
Open to coaching, education, and salon systems
A team player who is willing to help others
Interested in growing within the salon long-term

Experience with Goldwell, extensions, blonding, dimensional color, or modern cutting is a plus, but we are willing to consider stylists at different stages of their careers who demonstrate the right attitude, skill set, and desire to grow.

Our goal is to provide stylists with the systems, education, support, and opportunities they need to build successful careers behind the chair.

Schedule: Tuesday 9:30-7:30 Wednesday 9:30- 7 Thursday 9:30-7 Saturday 9:30-5
Position: Commission-Based Hair Stylist 40%-45%
Location: Lake Mary, Florida
