About the Role:
We are seeking a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and deeply passionate about education. This role focuses on teaching and developing our team in:
Vida Salon signature haircutting systems
Aveda color techniques and formulations
Elevating consultation, guest experience, and artistry
You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Vida Salon talent.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed, experienced hairstylist with strong technical skills
Proven experience or passion for education and mentorship
Deep knowledge of Aveda color (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Passion for team culture, development, and excellence
